What you will do

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with customers to ensure service delivery excellence.
• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer security challenges.
• Define and implement security policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Mentor and develop team members while evaluating performance.
• Act as an escalation point for service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Contribute to service development and continuous improvement of cyber operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Security, or Engineering.
• 4-7 years of experience in service delivery management and project management.
• 4-7 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Expertise in security domains such as IAM/PAM, SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and vulnerability management.
• Must be able to work remotely within the continental U.S.
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.
