Continuous Improvement Specialist (SAP/MES)

Location: Mebane, North Carolina, United States; must live within commuting distance of the Mebane office. Telecommuting is permitted according to company policy.

What you will do

• Manage the portfolio of advanced manufacturing business improvement projects and ensure delivery of benefits on time, within budget, and at the required quality level.
• Provide technical guidance for integrating manufacturing equipment with Manufacturing Execution Systems and SAP ECC.
• Support MES operations, documentation, administration, deployment, configuration, and maintenance across development, test, and production environments.
• Drive best-practice sharing, cross-unit collaboration, process reuse, and knowledge transfer across advanced manufacturing operations.
• Lead risk management, business analysis, process and technology integration, and project handoffs.
• Develop and present systems strategies, technical roadmaps, risks, and recommendations to senior hirify.global leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience implementing SAP ERP modules and MES projects.
• At least 8 years of experience with project and change management for mid-to-large projects, stakeholder communication, and SAP ECC QM, PP, and VC configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting.
• At least 5 years of experience with SAP ECC MM, EDI communications, Process Weaver, and SAP ECC implementation in discrete manufacturing.
• At least 1 year of experience with SAP ECC WM, S/4HANA upgrade projects, and end-user training.
• Must be able to work within commuting distance of the Mebane, North Carolina office.
