Compensation: $185,000 – $225,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Design and evolve external APIs and embedded product layers with disciplined versioning.
• Develop agentic retrieval systems for searching structured and unstructured health data.
• Build reusable platform primitives to enable partner integrations and AI capabilities.
• Contribute to core data models unifying health records and high-frequency time-series signals.
• Ensure system reliability, security, and auditability for enterprise healthcare clients.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building production backend systems in high-growth environments.
• Strong expertise in designing and maintaining external-facing APIs.
• Deep understanding of data modeling, particularly for time-series or high-frequency data.
• Experience with distributed systems and multi-tenant architectures.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participant).
