What you will do

• Serve as a strategic partner for Commercial and Medical Affairs leadership to align technology solutions with business strategy.
• Build and own the vision and roadmap for Field Insights solutions across European regions.
• Oversee reporting operations and ensure high standards of data quality for field and executive insights.
• Lead resource allocation, prioritization, and project management across multiple cross-functional workstreams.
• Drive adoption of field tools through training, change management, and continuous feedback loops.
• Establish a support framework and clear SLAs for technology platforms used by field teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in Europe
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or Information Management (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of relevant Biotech or Pharmaceutical industry experience (or 7+ years with a Master’s).
• Deep understanding of Commercial and Medical Affairs business applications and technology solutions.
• Proven experience in Technology Product Management and technical product support.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large datasets and communicate complex technical solutions to business stakeholders.
