What you will do

• Define benefit hypotheses for digital transformation of laboratory workflows.
• Develop KPIs and baselines for experiment lead time, throughput, and data quality.
• Create quantified In Vitro benefit cases and prepare investment decision materials.
• Build implementation roadmaps, define milestones, and manage project dependencies.
• Support RAID management, decision governance, and program reporting.
• Simplify complex scientific information into clear narratives for senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, strategy, or program delivery in life sciences or biopharma.
• Relevant degree in life sciences, chemistry, or biology with understanding of R&D operating models.
• Proven experience in benefits modeling for digital transformation programs.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect benefits to laboratory productivity.
• Experience in business-case development and investment decision support.
• Must be willing to travel to the UK when required.
