Principal Solution Architect (Salesforce/.NET)

What you will do

• Own architectural and technical design decisions for student engagement systems across Salesforce, .NET/C#, and Azure/AWS.
• Translate business requirements into scalable solutions using microservices, event-driven design, and domain-driven design.
• Design REST API and event-driven integrations, including data modeling, synchronization, and data quality standards.
• Establish security architecture practices covering access control, authentication, OAuth, and API security.
• Write, review, and ship production code while mentoring developers and QA engineers through design and code reviews.
• Support agile planning, production troubleshooting, architectural documentation, and continuous improvements to delivery and operational processes.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of hands-on software development experience, including Solutions or Technical Architect experience.
• Strong command of software design principles, architecture patterns, and system-level tradeoffs.
• Hands-on proficiency in C#, Apex, or a comparable object-oriented language.
• Experience integrating systems through REST APIs and Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
• Experience working with developers and QA in an agile environment, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, stand-ups, and code reviews.
• Ability to own technical solutions from design through production support and communicate clearly with technical and business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Salesforce platform experience with Apex, Lightning, flows, and the Salesforce security model.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or enterprise integration tools such as TIBCO.
• Experience designing asynchronous and event-driven architectures using Azure Service Bus or Kafka.
