What you will do

• Supervise the assembly and dismantling of scaffolding structures according to blueprints and sketches.
• Ensure all scaffolding includes necessary safety components like handrails, toe boards, and locking pins.
• Inspect base surfaces and permanent structures to ensure stability and safety.
• Coordinate the transport, loading, and unloading of scaffolding materials.
• Perform final inspections of completed structures to verify compliance with specifications.
• Guide team members on proper installation techniques and safety protocols at high elevations.

Requirements

• Must be able to work at heights with no fear.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications.
• Experience using carpentry hand and power tools such as hammers, levels, saws, and drills.
• Ability to physically transport, hoist, and secure scaffolding materials.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
