What you will do

• Develop and maintain startup packages, schedules, and procedures for plant equipment and systems.
• Manage construction completion, turnover to startup, startup to operations, and final client handover.
• Conduct thorough system walkdowns to verify installation per design, operational feasibility, and identify outstanding items.
• Direct and supervise discipline engineers, technicians, and craft during startup activities.
• Plan and execute major milestones like equipment testing, chemical cleaning, and performance testing.
• Control spares, consumables, deficiencies lists, and ensure compliance with specifications and contracts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Engineering preferred; 5+ years relevant startup experience preferred.
• OSHA 10 Hour Training certification.
• Ability to perform physical demands: lift 50 lbs, work in extreme temperatures, climb scaffolds, 12-hour shifts in construction environments.
• Must complete pre-employment checks: background, drug screen, motor vehicle records.
• US work authorization required (no visa sponsorship).
