What you will do

• Measure, cut, and install insulation materials on industrial piping, ductwork, boilers, and tanks.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specific insulation requirements.
• Apply vapor barriers and protective coatings to ensure durability and moisture resistance.
• Fabricate insulation covers, jackets, or pre-formed insulation for equipment.
• Inspect finished insulation work for proper installation and compliance with specifications.
• Remove and replace damaged or outdated insulation as part of maintenance projects.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in installation or a related trade.
• TWIC Card.
• Valid driver’s license or Identification Card.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and physical examination.
• Basic mathematical calculation skills.
