What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day field operations and manage construction scheduling for homes.
• Manage subcontractors and coordinate schedule changes with the Scheduling Manager.
• Inspect subcontractor work for completeness and quality; uphold company quality standards.
• Maintain communication with customers and the sales team throughout the building process.
• Complete jobsite inspections and approve payments to vendors.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and other site safety requirements; review plans, documents, and specifications.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of related experience in residential construction.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills, including the ability to handle difficult issues and build positive relationships.
• Knowledge of building codes, blueprints, and construction documents, with the ability to identify issues and corrective actions proactively.
• Experience using technology/online portals to review plans, track schedules, and approve vendor transactions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask while meeting deadlines.
