What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end SIOP process, ensuring executive alignment and operational execution.
  • Integrate demand, supply, capacity, and financial plans into a balanced operating plan.
  • Improve forecast accuracy and reduce bias using data-driven insights.
  • Direct supply and production planning across manufacturing sites to ensure capacity alignment.
  • Optimize inventory levels across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives, including the implementation of advanced planning systems (APS).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field required.
  • 10+ years of progressive supply chain experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Extensive experience in SIOP/IBP, demand planning, and inventory management.
  • Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing executive stakeholders.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

  • MBA or advanced degree.
