What you will do

• Prepare, inspect, and maintain field equipment and deployment kits for project readiness.
• Manage inventory levels, track equipment movement, and perform periodic audits.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with warehouse and logistics partners.
• Perform routine equipment tests, basic troubleshooting, and coordinate necessary repairs.
• Document operational procedures, equipment status, and report technical issues to internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and maintain an organized work environment.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States and able to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive as needed.
• Ability to safely lift and move equipment weighing up to 35 pounds (approx. 16 kg).
• Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory control, or technical support.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP/warehouse management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
