Compensation: $21 – $24 per hour

What you will do

• Perform hardware repairs, component swaps, and preventive maintenance following established SOPs.
• Execute structured diagnostic procedures using specialized hardware and software tools.
• Conduct inspections and validation testing to ensure repair effectiveness.
• Replace components such as motors, sensors, harnesses, and mechanical assemblies.
• Document all work accurately in MaintainX, including notes, photos, and evidence.
• Maintain organized workstations and adhere to all safety and tool-handling standards.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on technical experience in electro-mechanical, automotive, electronics, or robotics industries.
• Demonstrated ability to perform mechanical and basic electrical troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with standard diagnostic tools like multimeters and power supplies.
• Experience working in shop, lab, or field-service environments.
• Must be able to work a 5-day schedule including weekends (Thursday-Monday).
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Nice to have

• Trade school certification or technical training program completion.
• Experience with issue-tracking systems such as Jira.
• Exposure to robotics, automation, or integrated mechanical-electrical systems.
