What you will do

• Execute datacenter validation and cluster performance testing across GPU, CPU, memory, and networking subsystems.
• Debug complex hardware, firmware, and software interactions to drive root-cause analysis.
• Embed at customer sites to deploy the Atlas platform and validate datacenter hardware.
• Translate customer workflows and pain points into product requirements for the engineering team.
• Codify validation methodologies into the Atlas platform to scale expertise across deployments.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with AI/ML datacenter infrastructure or large-scale hardware validation.
• Deep understanding of GPU/CPU architecture, BIOS/UEFI/BMC firmware, and high-speed interconnects.
• Proficiency in Python or Bash for building validation frameworks and automation.
• Experience with AMD or NVIDIA hardware and software stacks.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally (30-40% of time).
• Must work in person at NYC HQ when not traveling.
