What you will do

• Own the end-to-end launch experience, from initial onboarding to full platform adoption.
• Build automation, tooling, and AI-assisted setup features to reduce manual effort for customers.
• Develop upgrade flows and AI-powered moments to drive self-serve ARR.
• Surface proof of value to users throughout their journey on the platform.
• Partner with AI Agents and App teams to integrate advanced features into the user experience.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on customer-facing products.
• Extensive TypeScript experience and strong proficiency in React.
• Experience scaling with React, Next.js, Node.js, and MongoDB.
• Proven track record of building onboarding, activation, or upgrade flows.
• Experience working in a product-focused startup or scale-up environment.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
