What you will do

• Partner with Product and Engineering to design and evolve scalable fraud risk tools and strategies.
• Define and operate a layered fraud defense approach across internal systems, third-party vendors, and data signals.
• Analyze fraud trends and translate insights into actionable improvements across systems, rules, and workflows.
• Leverage ML and AI systems to improve fraud detection and develop frameworks for model training.
• Bridge the gap between Fraud Operations and Product to ensure frontline insights inform system design.
• Develop fraud intelligence reporting for leadership, including trend analysis and control performance.

Requirements

• 8-12+ years of experience in fraud, risk, trust & safety, or financial crime.
• Deep experience implementing fraud solutions, including rules, signals, vendors, and detection strategies.
• Strong understanding of product development and technology concepts such as APIs, SDKs, and JavaScript-based integrations.
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience with SQL, Python, and dashboarding is preferred.
