What you will do

• Provide operational leadership and oversight for facilities services across the global portfolio.
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks for facilities activities, vendors, and initiatives.
• Manage operating budgets and capital initiatives in partnership with Finance and FP&A.
• Oversee vendor performance, contract adherence, and service quality standards.
• Develop actionable reporting on operational KPIs, risk indicators, and service performance.
• Standardize and document operational processes to ensure consistency and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Operations, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in facilities or operational management.
• Proven experience managing a team of at least 2 direct reports.
• Strong background in operational controls, governance, and vendor management.
• Ability to partner cross-functionally with senior stakeholders.
• Must be able to work on-site/hybrid in Reston, VA.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting corporate facilities or multi-site portfolios.
• Exposure to capital projects or workplace strategy.
• CFM, FMP, or CMA certification.
