Salary: $97,500 – $136,500 USD

What you will do

• Oversee daily workplace operations, including janitorial services, maintenance, and office supplies.
• Manage relationships with landlords, property management teams, and external vendors.
• Coordinate facility repairs, furniture deliveries, and equipment sourcing.
• Ensure site compliance with health, safety, and local legislation requirements.
• Maintain internal ticketing systems and ensure service level agreements are met.
• Support project management teams on design and build projects for the studio.

Requirements

• Professional experience in real estate, workplace services, facilities, or property management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and work order ticketing or space management software.
• Strong budgeting and financial acumen for operational and capital expenses.
• Basic understanding of office systems such as HVAC, lighting, electrical, and plumbing.
• Ability to perform light maintenance tasks and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Must be able to work onsite in Carlsbad, CA.

Nice to have

• IFMA qualification or OSHA safety training.
• Experience in creative industries like video games, film, or television.
