What you will do

• Define and implement measures to ensure high data quality across VA systems.
• Analyze source system data to design and deploy data-centric solutions.
• Perform functional, regression, and system testing to validate data integrity.
• Troubleshoot platform issues related to data access, pipelines, and permissions.
• Provide white-glove customer support, including onboarding and best-practice documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering and business teams to standardize workspace deployment and improve intake processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
• 12+ years of experience in business analysis or data-related roles
• Strong expertise in Databricks and Azure data services
• Proficiency in ETL/ELT pipeline development and data modeling
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance

Nice to have

• Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Bicep)
• Background in healthcare or federal data governance
• Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, or SharePoint
