What you will do

• Define and deliver the enterprise data quality strategy and roadmap.
• Design practical data quality frameworks, controls, and monitoring processes.
• Partner with senior business and technology stakeholders to influence data-driven decision-making.
• Support major data transformation programs, including migrations and system integrations.
• Lead the adoption of data quality tools like Collibra and Databricks Unity Catalog.
• Mentor and develop a team of data quality specialists.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an established enterprise data quality function.
• Strong track record of delivering data quality strategies and roadmaps.
• Expertise in data governance, quality frameworks, and issue management.
• Experience with data quality tooling such as Collibra and Databricks Unity Catalog.
• Proficiency with modern cloud data platforms (AWS or Azure).
• Must be based in the UK and able to attend the Eastleigh office 1 day per week.

Nice to have

• Experience in the insurance or financial services sector.
• Background in leading large-scale data transformation projects.
