TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the UK, with 1 day per week required in the Eastleigh office.
Salary: Up to £85,000

What you will do
- Define and deliver the enterprise data quality strategy and roadmap.
- Design practical data quality frameworks, controls, and monitoring processes.
- Partner with senior business and technology stakeholders to influence data-driven decision-making.
- Support major data transformation programs, including migrations and system integrations.
- Lead the adoption of data quality tools like Collibra and Databricks Unity Catalog.
- Mentor and develop a team of data quality specialists.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an established enterprise data quality function.
- Strong track record of delivering data quality strategies and roadmaps.
- Expertise in data governance, quality frameworks, and issue management.
- Experience with data quality tooling such as Collibra and Databricks Unity Catalog.
- Proficiency with modern cloud data platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Must be based in the UK and able to attend the Eastleigh office 1 day per week.
Nice to have
- Experience in the insurance or financial services sector.
- Background in leading large-scale data transformation projects.
