What you will do
- Manage inbound calls from motivated property sellers and conduct qualification assessments.
- Evaluate property potential, including repair estimates and after-repair value (ARV).
- Present cash offers and negotiate terms to secure signed purchase agreements.
- Maintain accurate records and lead pipelines within the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal acquisitions, underwriting, and disposition teams.
- Perform consistent follow-up with leads to maximize deal conversion.
Requirements
- Must be based in Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Costa Rica, Jamaica, or Brazil.
- Proven experience in Real Estate Wholesaling, Acquisitions, or Distressed Property Sales.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong phone sales, rapport-building, and objection-handling capabilities.
- Familiarity with ARV calculations and wholesale deal analysis.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment during U.S. business hours.
Nice to have
- Experience with U.S.-based real estate investors.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms like Podio, GoHighLevel, or Salesforce.
- Knowledge of creative financing strategies such as Subject-To transactions.
