What you will do

• Manage the entire lifecycle of business agreements, from initial drafting and negotiation to execution and compliance.
• Act as a liaison between the Legal department and customers regarding terms and conditions.
• Establish and maintain trackers for contractual deliverables (CDRL/SDRL) and supplier quality documentation.
• Coordinate the preparation and submission of annual and recurring compliance reports and certifications.
• Support proposal activities, including drafting company overviews and non-cost sections.
• Monitor order statuses and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve contract and schedule issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in contracts, procurement, supply chain, or project administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Exposure to government or defense contracting (FAR/DFARS) or commercial best practices.
• Experience with ERP, MRP, or contract lifecycle management tools.
• Prior involvement in proposal support or RFQ/RFP responses.
