What you will do

• Design and manage the regional compliance governance and strategic framework.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on healthcare compliance laws and regulatory requirements.
• Lead a team of compliance professionals and partner with senior business leaders to manage risk.
• Oversee compliance operations including risk assessments, training, auditing, and investigations.
• Provide strategic guidance to divisional leadership on key business decisions and remediation measures.
• Report compliance matters to the CEO and Board of Directors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum of 10 years of direct compliance experience in the life sciences industry
• Experience in the medical device sector preferred
• Fluency in English required
• Ability to work in or travel regularly to Chelmsford, MA or Pittsburgh, PA
• Ability to travel at least 30% (domestic and international)
