What you will do

  • Provide compliance oversight and advice to Asset Management Division personnel on regulatory and firm requirements.
  • Develop, draft, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
  • Create and deliver compliance training programs.
  • Review product marketing materials for compliance adherence.
  • Perform testing, surveillances, and forensic reviews to identify compliance risks and breaches.
  • Assist with regulatory examinations, audits, and inquiries.
  • Analyze new or amended laws and regulations to formulate practical compliance solutions.
  • Coordinate with business and internal stakeholders on new initiatives and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, JD, or MBA.
  • 4-6 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, Regulatory, or Financial Services.
  • Excellent communication, judgment, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Location: Must be based in New York, NY, United States (onsite).
