Investment Banking Vice President | Industrials

Location: New York, NY, United States; office-based role.

Salary: USD 250,000–300,000 base salary per year, plus potential discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Develop and strengthen long-term client relationships across the Industrials sector.
• Lead advisory teams comprising analysts and associates.
• Structure and execute buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions.
• Execute equity and debt financing transactions across all phases of deal execution.
• Partner with senior bankers to originate new business and shape client strategy.

Requirements

• Master’s degree and at least 4 years of investment banking experience, or bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of investment banking or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience executing M&A and financing transactions.
• Strong track record in an investment banking advisory role.
• At least 2 years of experience leading deal teams of analysts and associates.
