What you will do

• Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover trends and actionable insights using SQL, Python, and Excel.
• Clean, validate, and pre-process client datasets for analysis and modeling.
• Support text and document annotation initiatives to generate high-quality labeled data for AI solutions.
• Translate complex analysis into compelling business narratives and strategic recommendations.
• Build lightweight scripts and workflows to automate data handling and improve internal processes.
• Collaborate with Senior and Lead Analysts to interpret client data and propose data-driven strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, aerospace, consumer, automotive, or startup environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to independently drive projects from problem definition through execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Experience with Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Large Language Models (LLMs).
