What you will do

• Partner with product development and planning teams to curate product assortments.
• Determine store distribution and product mix based on performance and demographics.
• Manage inventory levels and open-to-buy budgets to ensure product availability.
• Set initial price points and plan pre-seasonal promotions.
• Collaborate with marketing and visual teams on catalog content and store presentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional buying or merchandising experience.
• College degree in Business, Finance, Merchandising, or Design.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
