What you will do

• Lead RFx processes, supplier evaluations, and final award decisions.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle, including redlines, renewals, and amendments.
• Partner with stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business budgets and requirements.
• Develop and track vendor scorecards, SLAs, and KPIs to ensure performance.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Cyber teams to assess and manage third-party risks.
• Identify opportunities for vendor consolidation, innovation, and cost restructuring.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Proven track record in leading complex contract negotiations and supplier governance.
• Strong understanding of sourcing methodologies, cost modeling, and TCO analysis.
• Broad working knowledge of compute, storage, and networking components.
• Proficiency with ERP/procurement systems and contract lifecycle management platforms.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States or Costa Rica.
