What you will do
- Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing SDR team to ensure consistent quota achievement.
- Act as a liaison between marketing, sales leadership, and internal teams to support inbound and outbound programs.
- Develop and deliver training and enablement sessions to improve team knowledge and performance.
- Monitor and improve Sales Development KPIs, identifying opportunities for process and efficiency gains.
- Stay current with industry trends, product knowledge, and sales technologies to drive team success.
Requirements
- Must be based in Austin, Texas and able to work on-site.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven track record of success and consistent quota achievement.
- Experience coaching and mentoring SDRs on large-enterprise prospecting.
- Ability to adopt and utilize sales technologies like Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Navigator.
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
