Senior Dispute Analyst (Fintech/AI): Managing the end-to-end disputes lifecycle and chargeback processing with an accent on AI-driven investigation tooling and regulatory compliance. Location: Must be based in the United States. NYC-based employees work from the SoHo office 3 days per week.
Salary: $65,000 - $110,000

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end disputes lifecycle, including intake, investigation, and resolution.
- Test, deploy, and tune agentic investigation solutions to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency.
- Author and maintain dispute SOPs to ensure compliance with consumer protection regulations and network rules.
- Handle complex dispute scenarios, edge cases, and pre-arbitration/arbitration exceptions.
- Define and report KPIs and KRIs to provide actionable insights on program performance.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to inform the roadmap for investigation tooling.
Requirements
- Must be located in the United States.
- Deep experience managing card disputes and chargebacks with knowledge of consumer protection regulations.
- Proven track record of owning risk or operations programs end-to-end.
- Experience building, testing, or tuning automation or AI-assisted workflows.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize operational data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills for internal stakeholders and partner banks.
Nice to have
- Experience at a fintech, card issuer, or sponsor bank.
- Familiarity with SQL for trend analysis.
- Experience tuning LLM-based investigation workflows.
- Experience managing BPO or outsourced operations relationships.
