What you will do

• Own end-to-end technical execution, discovery, and production rollout for strategic customers and ISV partners.
• Build and maintain physical AI workflows including data pipelines, model training, evaluation, and failure capture.
• Design scenario-based evaluation, regression testing, and failure-to-retrain loops.
• Integrate ecosystem tools like NVIDIA Isaac Sim, Cosmos, and NeMo into customer environments.
• Identify generalizable patterns to productize and fold into the core Nebius platform.
• Represent the company at industry events and technical deep-dives with customer engineering leadership.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on engineering experience in applied ML, robotics, computer vision, or AI platforms.
• At least 2 years in a customer-facing or deployment-oriented role (e.g., Forward Deployed Engineer, Tech Lead).
• Strong Python engineering skills and hands-on experience with PyTorch or similar ML frameworks.
• Demonstrated track record building production-scale data and training pipelines.
• Fluency in modern AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) for rapid development.
• Strong working knowledge of GPU compute, distributed systems, and orchestration frameworks like Kubernetes or Ray.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience as a founding engineer or technical co-founder at a robotics or foundation-model company.
• Familiarity with ROS2, Jetson, Isaac Sim, or related robotics/simulation tooling.
• Experience with world models, vision-language-action models, or reinforcement learning.
• Open-source contributions to relevant Physical AI ecosystem projects.
