What you will do

• Define the technical architecture for a unified Enterprise AI control plane.
• Architect scalable policy engines, governance SDKs, and client-side enforcement frameworks.
• Drive cross-client consistency across CLI, IDE, and agentic platforms through reusable APIs and contracts.
• Design resilient systems for policy evaluation, spend enforcement, and observability.
• Partner with leadership to shape the long-term enterprise AI roadmap and technical strategy.
• Mentor senior engineers and elevate architectural rigor across the organization.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Proven experience maintaining and delivering production software in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Go, Rust, or Python.
• Deep expertise in building and operating large-scale distributed systems or platform infrastructure.
• Strong track record of driving architecture and platform adoption across multiple teams.
• Ability to operate in high-ambiguity environments and influence technical direction without direct authority.

Nice to have

• Background in AI/LLM systems and agentic platforms.
• Experience with developer tooling and governance systems.
• Familiarity with cloud-native systems including Azure and Kubernetes.
