What you will do

• Execute month-end close processes across multiple client accounts.
• Manage full-cycle accounting including AP, AR, reconciliations, and general ledger.
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with U.S. state sales tax regulations.
• Develop custom financial reports and dashboards for business owners.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and internal controls.
• Serve as a trusted accounting partner and advisor to client leadership.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of accounting and finance experience.
• Strong experience with U.S. GAAP and multi-client accounting.
• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Desktop.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH).
• Excellent spoken and written English (C1 level).
• Must be based in LATAM with availability during 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST.

• Experience supporting blue-collar service businesses (HVAC, construction, etc.).
• Background in outsourced accounting firms, CAS, or fractional CFO firms.
