TL;DR

Sales Assistant (CRM & Sales Operations): Supporting a fast-moving sales team by managing CRM data, scheduling, and operational workflows with an accent on pipeline hygiene and administrative efficiency. Focus on coordinating cross-functional communication, preparing sales documentation, and ensuring operational reliability to help the team close deals.

Location: Must be based in Panama. Working hours: U.S. Business Hours.

What you will do

  • Maintain accurate CRM records in Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive.
  • Coordinate sales calls, product demos, and internal meetings across time zones.
  • Prepare and proofread proposals, quotes, and sales presentations.
  • Generate weekly sales reports and track key performance indicators.
  • Draft professional follow-up emails and meeting summaries.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflows.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales support, administrative support, or operations.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one CRM platform (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive).
  • Strong scheduling and calendar management skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong written English communication skills.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
