What you will do

• Execute and manage LinkedIn marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives.
• Support lead generation and digital marketing efforts across multiple platforms.
• Manage calendars, inboxes, and operational priorities for company leadership.
• Build and maintain a centralized content library for marketing assets.
• Utilize GoHighLevel and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for outreach and lead management.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to improve campaign efficiency and performance.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in marketing coordination, operations, or executive support.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn marketing and digital campaigns.
• Proficiency in GoHighLevel, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Typeform/Jotform.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Must be comfortable working remotely during U.S. business hours.
