What you will do

• Research and identify high-value citation and backlink opportunities using AI-driven data.
• Execute personalized outreach campaigns to publishers, editors, and webmasters.
• Manage follow-up sequences and handle positive responses to secure brand mentions.
• Maintain master outreach tracking sheets and report daily on volume, responses, and blockers.
• Prepare ready-made content snippets to facilitate frictionless publisher inclusion.
• Transition into broader growth tasks, including community engagement and competitor intelligence, as workflows are automated.

Requirements

• Strong written English: Ability to write natural, human-sounding outreach emails.
• Time zone alignment: Must be willing to work US EST hours.
• Research proficiency: Experience using LinkedIn, Google, and email-finding tools.
• Operational consistency: Ability to sustain 25–30 quality outreach emails per day.
• Adaptability: Fast learner capable of executing new SOPs within 24–48 hours.
• Remote autonomy: High ownership and comfort working independently in a fully remote environment.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with cold email outreach, link building, or digital PR.
• Familiarity with SEO concepts and AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude.
