Field Technician I (Kiosk and Hardware Support): Responding to and resolving technical issues at partner properties with an accent on hardware installation, network troubleshooting, and kiosk maintenance. Location: Must be based in Reno, NV, USA. This is a 100% onsite, regional travel-based position.

What you will do
- Provide technical assistance to sportsbook partner properties.
- Travel to various locations to identify, resolve, and repair hardware and software problems.
- Maintain and troubleshoot network and physical system components.
- Install hardware and software according to design specifications.
- Proactively inspect equipment to prevent future service calls.
- Train sportsbook personnel on software application procedures.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience as a technician (casino or computer tech) or equivalent education.
- Must be 21 years old with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Experience with hand and power tools and network testing equipment.
- Knowledge of Windows-based computers and basic ISP configurations.
- Ability to lift, carry, pull, and push 100lbs.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required gaming licenses.
