TL;DR

What you will do

  • Coordinate end-to-end travel logistics including flights, ground transportation, and luxury accommodations.
  • Manage live operational requests and last-minute changes for clients and internal teams.
  • Deliver premium, white-glove service while anticipating client needs proactively.
  • Liaise with vendors, operators, and internal stakeholders to maintain high service standards.
  • Resolve operational issues quickly and identify potential risks before they escalate.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of schedules, bookings, and client requirements in real time.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Mexico, Costa Rica, Colombia, or Brazil.
  • Must be available to work during EST hours.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proven background in travel coordination, operations, logistics, or luxury hospitality.
  • Ability to manage multiple urgent requests simultaneously under pressure.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in private aviation or VIP services.
  • Background in high-touch or white-glove client service environments.
  • Experience handling complex, time-sensitive logistics.
