What you will do
- Coordinate car transport services in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth execution with drivers and compounds.
- Provide ad-hoc support to the operations team to assist with various tasks.
- Collaborate with carriers, customers, and partners to maintain an effective workflow.
- Manage phone communications with customers to ensure high service standards.
Requirements
- Fluent English and German.
- Based in South Africa (Johannesburg or Cape Town).
- Strong phone communication skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Growth-oriented mindset with an eagerness to learn.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in French, Polish, or Lithuanian.
- Prior experience in customer support or sales.
