What you will do

• Champion the user experience by deeply understanding the daily workflows of inventory planners and supply chain teams.
• Translate strategic business goals into precise functional specifications and user stories for engineering teams.
• Own the full product lifecycle, including prioritization, testing, release, and post-launch adoption monitoring.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Engineering to ensure product integrity and scalability for complex use cases.
• Research and prototype AI-driven enhancements to automate processes and provide predictive insights.
• Engage directly with customers to gather feedback and iterate on features to ensure they deliver genuine value.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product ownership or product management experience with a proven track record of shipping successful features.
• Hands-on experience in inventory optimization, demand planning, or supply chain workflows.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship provided).
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous requirements into actionable technical specifications.
• Strong communication skills to align cross-functional stakeholders.
• Demonstrated AI mindset and willingness to integrate AI into product discovery and development.

• Familiarity with NetSuite supply chain, inventory, or purchasing modules.
