Product Owner - Inventory Optimization

Location: Jacksonville, Florida or Highlands Ranch, Colorado; remote work within the United States will be considered

What you will do

• Represent inventory planners, buyers, and supply chain teams in product decisions.
• Translate product strategy and ambiguous business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Prioritize feature development, system stability, and customer-reported issues using data-informed decisions.
• Engage customers to gather insights, shape the roadmap, and monitor feature adoption after release.
• Partner with Engineering, Product Strategy, Sales, and Support on durable solutions and complex customer use cases.
• Research and prototype AI-enabled workflows, predictive insights, and process automation based on customer value.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product ownership or product management experience with a record of shipping adopted features.
• Hands-on experience with inventory optimization, demand planning, purchasing, or supply chain workflows.
• Ability to convert ambiguous requirements into functional specifications and lead the full product lifecycle.
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills for aligning technical and business stakeholders.
• Practical AI mindset, including experience integrating AI, using AI tools effectively, or exploring AI product applications.
• Self-directed approach and ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with NetSuite supply chain, inventory management, demand planning, or purchasing modules.
• Background in supply chain, inventory optimization, or demand planning.
• Experience coordinating or contributing to documentation for complex technical functionality.
• Degree in business, supply chain, or computer science, or equivalent hands-on experience.
