What you will do

• Define and lead the long-term strategic pricing roadmap and monetization strategy.
• Standardize and lead the experimentation framework for pricing via multi-variate tests and sensitivity analyses.
• Collaborate with Finance leadership to ensure pricing aligns with profitability targets and LTV goals.
• Partner with Engineering to develop an automated, ML-driven pricing engine.
• Ensure front-end pricing remains simple and transparent for the end user.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in Product Management.
• At least 2 years focused on Pricing, Monetization, or Core Fintech operations at a high-growth scale-up.
• Expert knowledge of cross-border payment landscapes and FX mechanics.
• Strong quantitative background in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
• Must have US work authorization.
