What you will do

  • Manage the full production lifecycle for email campaigns and automated flows from brief to deployment.
  • Build and configure emails within Klaviyo or similar ESPs.
  • Write on-brand copy and create clear creative briefs for the design team.
  • Perform QA on content, logic, and segmentation to ensure flawless execution.
  • Maintain the monthly content calendar and drive project timelines with clients.
  • Support strategy by pulling performance data, analyzing results, and providing actionable recommendations.

Requirements

  • English proficiency is required (all applications and resumes must be in English).
  • 2+ years of experience in retention marketing (email, SMS, CRM, or loyalty).
  • Hands-on experience with an ESP, with a strong preference for Klaviyo.
  • Strong copywriting skills for DTC e-commerce.
  • Experience working within Shopify or supporting Shopify-based clients.
  • Proficiency in building segmented customer lists using behavioral and transactional data.
