Retention Specialist (Email/SMS Marketing): Build and execute retention strategy to drive loyalty and long-term customer value with an accent on customer lifecycle, repeat purchase behavior, and revenue-focused campaign optimization. Focus on designing and running email/SMS automations and A/B tests, segmenting audiences, and analyzing retention channel performance to turn insights into action plans.
Location: Kaunas or Vilnius (Hybrid) + 1 work-from-home day each week
Salary: From 3000 EUR/month (gross), depending on individual experience

What you will do
- Develop a brand retention strategy and lead execution across retention initiatives.
- Own retention performance using customer lifecycle, repeat purchase behavior, and long-term customer value metrics.
- Manage engaging email and SMS campaigns tailored to target audiences.
- Set up and run email/SMS automations and A/B tests to improve customer engagement.
- Segment contact lists and deliver personalized content based on user behavior and interactions.
- Analyze retention channel performance and continuously optimize content, settings, and deliverability (open rates, click-through rates) with a strong revenue focus.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
- Experience with an ESP (e.g., Klaviyo or Omnisend) is appreciated.
- Strong analytics and reporting skills to track performance and measure impact.
- Ability to analyze customer and campaign data and convert it into insights and action plans.
- Comfort working with customer behavior and lifecycle dynamics; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of conversion-oriented best practices for email, SMS, and web push marketing, including deliverability and GDPR/CAN-SPAM/anti-spam compliance.
