What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans to achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Identify and engage prospective customers through outbound prospecting and account-based selling.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial qualification to contract closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and value-based sales conversations.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management within Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in technology sales, digital sales, or account management.
  • Professional fluency in both Croatian and English is essential.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with outbound prospecting and structured sales processes.
  • Proficiency in using CRM platforms like Salesforce.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, networking, or AI solutions.
  • Experience working with channel partners and indirect sales models.
