What you will do

• Commission and optimize settings for audio, video, displays, control, and networking equipment.
• Collaborate with system programmers to troubleshoot control system functionality and load new code.
• Lead teams on large-scale projects and perform simple code or touch panel updates.
• Diagnose complex technical problems in the field and formulate effective solutions.
• Mentor other Field Engineers and provide remote technical assistance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of directly related experience as a Field Engineer.
• AVIXA CTS Certification is required.
• Knowledge of networking and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems in audio, video, and network-based systems.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.

Nice to have

• ISF Certification for displays.
• AVIXA CTS-D or CTS-I certifications.
• DSP certification from Biamp, QSC, or BSS.
• Level one programming/configuration certification from Crestron and/or Extron.
