What you will do

• Act as the principal financial co-pilot to the Greater China leadership team to develop and deploy business strategies.
• Drive sales performance management and design reporting frameworks for daily, monthly, and annual targets.
• Lead analysis on price, mix, and margin performance (NRM/RGM) to support growth and profitability.
• Coordinate and lead the S&OP process, ensuring forecast accuracy and alignment with European standards.
• Develop and evaluate innovation business cases and strategic investments in collaboration with Marketing teams.
• Oversee trade rebate reviews and BMI cost controls to ensure financial completeness and accuracy.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of managerial finance experience.
• Proven track record in financial leadership and strategic business partnering.
• Experience in the FMCG industry is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional analytical capability paired with strategic thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to navigate complex business environments with multiple brands and hybrid route-to-market models.
