What you will do

• Lead asset management for a diversified real estate portfolio to drive performance and value creation.
• Oversee leasing summaries, financial data, and asset-level reporting for accuracy and integrity.
• Monitor industry trends and macroeconomic developments to provide strategic market insights.
• Manage cash flow, budgets, and financial performance to deliver on return targets.
• Lead interactions with property managers, portfolio companies, and external partners.
• Coordinate asset divestment processes, including the preparation of marketing materials and transaction execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in asset management or real estate investment.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with strong financial modeling skills.
• Proven track record of driving asset performance and executing value enhancement strategies.
• Strong leadership capability to guide junior team members.
