Salary: $185,000 – $210,000

What you will do

• Build and maintain core data models defining business metrics from clinical outcomes to revenue.
• Manage dbt orchestration with integrated alerting, CI/CD pipelines, and data quality testing.
• Develop reverse ETL pipelines to feed modeled data back into production systems.
• Implement and maintain access controls for PHI to ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Define data standards and shape the long-term data strategy for the organization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in analytics engineering or data analytics.
• Deep expertise in SQL and dbt.
• Experience with BigQuery or comparable cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift).
• Experience working in a regulated industry (healthcare, fintech, insurance).
• Familiarity with HIPAA and managing sensitive data access controls.
• Must be based in the US (NYC/Boston hybrid or East Coast remote).
