What you will do

• Monitor and optimize payment rails and transaction routing KPIs to ensure efficiency.
• Perform deep-dive analysis into transaction failures and routing defects to improve product reliability.
• Collaborate with Operations and Product teams to balance transaction speed with operational costs.
• Develop and maintain data models using SQL, DBT, and BigQuery.
• Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders to drive business decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Data, Financial, or Operations Analyst.
• 3+ years of experience in Fintech, Cross-Border Payments, or Remittances.
• Proven expertise in measuring payment rails and transaction routing KPIs.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and DBT.
• Advanced English proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience with the GCP ecosystem (BigQuery, Vertex AI).
• Python mastery for data manipulation (Pandas/NumPy).
• Previous experience in high-growth fintech startups.
• Conversational Spanish or Portuguese.
