Salary: $162,000–$284,000 (based on pay zone)

What you will do

• Define, design, and supervise schematic and layout for complex PCB designs.
• Lead technical discussions and provide architectural-level trade-offs regarding performance, power, and cost.
• Test and validate electrical designs, including memory interfaces and power delivery networks.
• Perform hands-on debugging and root cause analysis for challenging hardware failures.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers through best practices.
• Collaborate with firmware, software, thermal, and RF teams to ensure product requirements are met.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience in electrical or hardware engineering.
• BS/BA degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong fundamentals in Rigid, Flex, and Rigid-Flex PCB design.
• Proficiency with Cadence Allegro and OrCAD Capture.
• Experience with lab instrumentation and component selection.
• Ability to travel internationally up to 20% for development builds.

Nice to have

• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering.
• Demonstrated experience shipping consumer electronic products at scale.
• Knowledge of VHDL or analog design.
• Expertise in Power Delivery Network impedance targets.
